This meeting was attended by representatives from the Afghan and Korean offices of major international organizations.

※ (Participating organizations) △ World Food Programme (WFP), △ UN Children's Fund (UNICEF), △ UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR), △ UN Population Fund (UNFPA), and △ International Organization for Migration (IOM)

※ The Korean government provided a total of US$74 million in humanitarian assistance through international organizations from 2021 to 2023.

Each organization explained the humanitarian situation and outlook in Afghanistan, and expressed deep gratitude for Korea's support, evaluating that the projects implemented with Korea's support are making a tangible contribution to improving the humanitarian situation of Afghan residents. The support includes response to food crises and natural disasters, assistance to vulnerable groups such as women and children, and relief for refugees and internally displaced persons.
